Runlucky Held the 4th National After-sales Training Boosting the Competitiveness of Terminal Service

From March 29th to 30th, Runlucky held the 4th National After-sales Training. Nearly 30 Runlucky agents, dealers and front-line after-sales service personnels from Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, Anhui, Hunan, Fujian, Jiangsu and other areas attended the training, which lived online at the same time.

The trainees visited Runlucky factory and knew the recent development of the company, such as the construction of Runlucky plant, the research and development of new products, production automation improvement, quality improvement and marketing promotion. Besides, they watched the application of Runjing intelligent irrigation valve in the Runlucky plant, and knew the system composition, technical advantage and application scenario of the Runjing intelligent irrigation valve.

The key point of this training is practical exercise. Combined with theory and practice, the training introduced Runlucky whole house purification(softening) product system, detailed explained water quality testing, survey, installation, parameter debugging, troubleshooting, after-sales maintenance, etc. And the trainees fully understood the installation of whole house purification products, some related knowledges and tips in the after-sales work, which improved professional level and business capacity of the trainees.
